A promising initiative was brought to life to be called the SM Group way back in the year 1994. It was introduced by Mr. Mohit Malik and Mrs. Sangeeta Malik. Every brick and stone was put together with a concrete vision of excellence. As it began gripping its stand and name in the market, the first company established under the SM Group came to be known as SM Machines Pvt. Ltd. - a fairly well recognized name of the current auto parts industry in the adjoining area.
